    IMPORTANT:
    Your items must be shipped on DDP incoterms: Customer bears all risks and costs, including taxes, duties (if applicable) and all other charges associated to delivery and return of goods as specified in our warranty policy. Should Tele Radio LLC be charged for any of the beforementioned, we will in turn invoice Sender for all incurred charges related thereto.

    NOTE: It is recommended you ship with a customs value of the estimated repair cost, not the cost of the actual hardware value (repair cost ranges in most cases from $100.00 to $700 USD), as items were already taxed upon original purchase. Keep in mind, that your customs declaration listed repair value is unrelated to any insurance value that you wish to place with your carrier. We further recommend that your customs declaration reflects, that your item(s) are being sent in for repairs or returns. This avoids that items that have been already taxed when they were initially purchased are taxed yet again. If you have any questions or require further clarification, be sure to contact your carrier of choice.

    RMA Policy

    Standard Repairs and Evaluations

    1. Repair evaluations are subject to a minimum $110.00 evaluation fee, plus parts and labor cost, per item sent in. The evaluation fee will be applied towards labor/parts of the required repair work, granted parts/labor exceed $110.00
    2. If customer requests return or disposal of an item that does not show any flaws or is unrepairable, the $110.00 evaluation fee per item will become due.
    3. RMA forms/items sent in without detailed fault description, vague, or no description at all, may be subject to higher evaluation fees as targeted troubleshooting is not possible.
    4. Tele Radio reserves the right to dispose any item that has been evaluated, if the customer neglects to inform us to have the item repaired or send back as is, within 90 days of receipt. We will send the initial repair report with cost estimate once the evaluation is completed. If we do not receive any feedback, we will send one reminder and one final reminder email within those 90 days, if no reply with affirmative action is received, the item(s) will be disposed without compensation, whereas the customer is responsible for the $110.00 evaluation fee.

    Rush RMA Services (to be return shipped within 2 business days of receipt)

    1. We will issue a Special RUSH RMA number, subject to a $190.00 evaluation fee plus parts and labor cost, per item. The evaluation will commence upon receipt of item(s) at our facility and results are provided ASAP, allowing for return shipment of item(s) within a maximum of 2 business days or less. If we are not able to provide the evaluation or complete the repair within 2 business days of receipt, we will apply the standard $110.00 evaluation fee, per item.
    2. If customer requests return or disposal of an item that does not show any flaws or is unrepairable, the $190.00 RUSH evaluation fee per item will become due.
    3. The RUSH fee will be reduced to $110.00 should the item that has been sent in, be declared as warranty repair/replacement.

    Warranty Policy

    • TELE RADIO warrants its radio remote controls against malfunction for a period of two years from the date of the original invoice.
    • This warranty is void in the event of physical damage on the printed circuit board, intrusion of water or liquids, damage by fire, or if “warranty seal” is removed.
    • The warranty does not cover: Defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect; defects from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, unauthorized modification, repair or alteration; damage caused by over or under voltage; damage resulting from use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner; damage from water or corrosive materials; as well as wear and tear items like pushbuttons, batteries, foils, etc.
    • TELE RADIO will repair or replace the defective unit at its sole discretion.
    • All cost of shipping to TELE RADIO including mounting and dismantling of the system will be covered by the purchaser. TELE RADIO will assume the cost of return from its facilities in Miami, FL to the purchaser’s facilities via UPS Ground as long as it is located within continental US. International customers, as well as those located outside continental US, will assume all shipping and import cost both ways.
    • This warranty sets forth the full extent of TELE RADIO’s responsibility regarding the product. Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, at TELE RADIO’s option, is the exclusive remedy.
    • In no event shall TELE RADIO be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product, for any loss of time, use, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits or savings or any other damage arising out of the installation, use or inability to use the product, to the full extent that such may be disclaimed by law.
